PETS - We allow two pets per unit as long as they are leased when carried through the common areas of the building. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied. We cannot accommodate guard/attack dogs.
PARKING - One parking space per suite is available for a fee. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
BILLING - payment of the first 10 nights is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of each 30 night period is due ten days prior to the period start date. Full payment is required prior to check-in if on a special rate contract
METHODS OF PAYMENT - Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Debit are accepted. Direct Bill privileges available upon approval.
CANCELLATION TERMS - 30 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. This policy is different for each reservation, please consult your Accommodations Consultant for details.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A cash deposit of at least $1000 will be required throughout your stay which may be paid with any of our accepted methods of payment.
SMOKING - For your health and wellness, smoking is not permitted at any of our locations.
TAX - Stays of 30 nights or more are tax exempt. Stays of less than 30 nights are subject to 13% HST.
